Do you accept COD payment for orders?
No, we do not take COD orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What about Sales Tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders (to include processing and shipping) that are ordered within the lovely Commonwealth Of Virginia (5%). All other states are tax-exempt.
Do you have a minimum order ?
No. We accept orders of any size.

Our hours of operation are: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Do you have a physical store that we can visit ?
No, we do not have a retail store. In order to keep overhead low and merchandise costs even lower we have only an internet business with no show room.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Sorry, but we do not have a retail location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, we will ship the smaller orders out the next day :-). For larger orders, there may be a slight delay, depending on the product. If there is to be a delay, we will notify you as to the time frame you can expect with a request as to what your wishes are. We do what we can to avoid delays, but when we encounter them, we do our best to expedite the situation.
All good things are worth waiting for. Please understand that since the nature of some our products are hand crafted or hand sewn, they may take a bit of time to create. We complete the orders as quickly and efficiently as possible in the order that we receive them.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
There is No Delivery Fee on orders over $50 - Only a $7 flat fee if your order is under $50 to help cover Postage and Handling. For more information see Shipping Policies

We do not ship internationally at this time.

What kind of Lavender do you use?
We love to use a Lavandula Angustifolia, which has been grown in France. Lavandula Angustifolia, an "English" lavender with a bold yet sweet aroma, has been said to have the truest, sweetest frangrance among the lavenders. We are inclined to agree :-).
How fresh are your sachets?
We fill our sachets as we receive your orders. This ensures you get the freshest product possible. However, please be patient, as a backlog in orders can produce a slight wait.
Is your lavender allergy free?
Sorry. Products with aromatherapy features that are filled with herbs can cause irritation among people with plant allergies. With this in mind, please exercise caution when ever using lavender buds or rose petals.
Do you offer Whole Sale or Drop Shipping?
We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer Whole Sale or Drop Shipping.
Do you have a catalogue?
Can we purchase favor tags without purchasing Sachets?
We are so sorry, but at this time the favor tags are only intended to compliment our Sachets.
Can we purchase more than one style of favor tag?
No, because of the set up time for each tag style, there is only one(1) favor tag style per order.
If we purchase more than one color or type of sachet, can we still have the favor tags put on them?
Do we HAVE to have favor tags put on our sachets?
No. Simply do not request the favor tags during the checkout process.
Lets say we purchase 50 Ivory 3X4 Lavender Filled Organza Sachets, and we also purchase 25 Purple 3X4 Lavender Filled Organza Sachets, but we only want the favor tags on the Ivory 3X4 Lavender Filled Organza Sachets. How do we tell you what we want?
When you are filling out the favor tag information during the checkout process, simply enter how you want your order filled in the comments box.
How big are the Favor Tags?
The favor tags are sized to compliment the particular Sachets. They are approximately 1" x 2" for the Organza Sachets, slightly larger for the other sachets.
