We appreciate all of our customers, and we do everything we can to make you happy.  We just ask that you check and double check the information you leave us, so that in the event we need to contact you about an order (to clarify or confirm something), we will be able to do so.  If you leave us an email address, it must be one that you check, and please periodically check your spam folder in case we wind up in there.  If you have given us a special request (especially on the personalized items) that we need to further clarify and we receive no responses to our emails, we reserve the right to stop trying after 2 or 3 attempts.

RETURNS

As hard as we try to avoid them, we do make mistakes. When this happens, we will do whatever necessary to get things right for you.  Please let us know!

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!  We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products.  However, if something is not as it should be, please let us know immediately!  We can only accept returns if you notify us within seven(7) business days of receiving your merchandise.  You will then be given a return authorization number.  After you have received your return authorization number, you will have an additional 14 days (from the day the return authorization was issued) to return your item(s) for an exchange or full refund of your purchase cost.  Please return the authorized items unused in their original form and packaging.  We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

In the event that a product is delivered damaged, notify us immediately and we will handle all of the details of getting the item returned, providing you a hassle free experience. If any damage is noticeable upon delivery, please make the carrier aware immediately.

Please alert us to your return by calling us toll free at 1-866-478-0258, or by sending an email notification to customerservice@littlefrenchboutique.com using "return" as the subject. Please provide your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will confirm your request via email. This will ensure your return is processed promptly and efficiently upon receipt.

SHIPPING

We do not want any "Surprise Delivery Fees" at LittleFrenchBoutique.com!!!

There are no delivery fees on orders $50 and over, and for orders under $50 there is Only a $7 flat fee.

LittleFrenchBoutique.com mainly uses the United States Postal Service  to deliver our products.

For smaller orders, we like to ship through Priority Mail (USPS).  Although we cannot guarantee their delivery times, the Post Office does their absolute best to ensure that the package is delivered with no delays :-).  We have had a good delivery success rate of 2 to 3 days with their Priority Mail.

Larger orders will be shipped via Parcel Post, usually with a shipping time of 2 to 6 days. 

Of course LittleFrenchBoutique.com reserves the right to use which ever shipper we feel will get our product to you most effectively, efficiently and economically.  Also, since there are so many variables with size and weight, we reserve the right to determine what is a small order and what is a large order.  We feel that you will not be disappointed with our services :-).

We're sorry for any inconvenience, but we do not ship internationally at this time.

We do ship within the United States, and to our Armed Forces.

CONFIRMATION

When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, and when your order is shipped, we will send you the USPS delivery confirmation number.

DELIVERY TIME

Typically, we will ship the smaller orders out the next day :-).

For larger orders, there may be a slight delay, depending on the product.  If there is to be a delay, we will notify you as to the time frame you can expect with a request as to what your wishes are.  We do what we can to avoid delays, but when we encounter them, we do our best to expedite the situation. 

All good things are worth waiting for.  Please understand that since the nature of some our products are hand crafted or hand sewn, they may take a bit of time to create.  We complete the orders as quickly and efficiently as possible in the order that we receive them.  Occasionally we experience a higher order volume than usual and may require longer processing times. If there is a delay in processing your order beyond the typical time frame, you will be notified via email.

Please note that the order processing time is in addition to shipment time.

If you need something in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.  As we cannot be responsible for the speed of the United States Postal Service, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We will, however, do the best we can!  Additional charges may apply.

NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT!

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders (to include processing and shipping) that are ordered within the lovely Commonwealth Of Virginia (5%).  All other states are tax-exempt.

FAVOR TAGS

We are happy to offer favor tags with our Lavender Sachets.

• The favor tags are not sold separately and are meant only to compliment our Sachets at this time.
• The favor tags will be attached to the Sachets before your order is sent out.
• You may purchase multiple styles and colors of Lavender Sachets for the favor tags to be attached to.
• Only one style of favor tags may be requested per order.
• Of course, you may purchase our sachets without the favor tags attached. Simply do not request the favor tags at checkout.
• If you request to have favor tags attached to your sachets, and you do not mention otherwise in the comments, we will assume that you want the favor tags on ALL of the sachets purchased.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Your use or purchase of a LittleFrenchBoutique.com Gift Certificates indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Except as otherwise provided by law, these Terms and Conditions apply to all Gift Certificates purchased online at LittleFrenchBoutique.com or received from third parties.

Except as otherwise stated below, LittleFrenchBoutique.com Gift Certificates can be redeemed only online at LittleFrenchBoutique.com.

You can use multiple LittleFrenchBoutique.com certificates per online order.

LittleFrenchBoutique.com Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned for refund, except to the extent required by law.

Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered LittleFrenchBoutique.com Gift Certificate will require an additional payment for the balance due.

Maintenance, dormancy or service fees do not apply to balances on LittleFrenchBoutique.com Gift Certificates.

LittleFrenchBoutique.com Gift Certificates will expire two(2) years from the date of purchase.

LittleFrenchBoutique.com will not and cannot be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates, so please be careful with your certificates. LittleFrenchBoutique.com Gift Certificates that are lost or stolen will ONLY be replaced, up to the value remaining, with satisfactory proof of purchase AND the Gift Card number.
