We appreciate all of our customers, and we do everything we can to make you happy. We just ask that you check and double check the information you leave us, so that in the event we need to contact you about an order (to clarify or confirm something), we will be able to do so. If you leave us an email address, it must be one that you check, and please periodically check your spam folder in case we wind up in there. If you have given us a special request (especially on the personalized items) that we need to further clarify and we receive no responses to our emails, we reserve the right to stop trying after 2 or 3 attempts.
As hard as we try to avoid them, we do make mistakes. When this happens, we will do whatever necessary to get things right for you. Please let us know!
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if something is not as it should be, please let us know immediately! We can only accept returns if you notify us within seven(7) business days of receiving your merchandise. You will then be given a return authorization number. After you have received your return authorization number, you will have an additional 14 days (from the day the return authorization was issued) to return your item(s) for an exchange or full refund of your purchase cost. Please return the authorized items unused in their original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
In the event that a product is delivered damaged, notify us immediately and we will handle all of the details of getting the item returned, providing you a hassle free experience. If any damage is noticeable upon delivery, please make the carrier aware immediately.
Please alert us to your return by calling us toll free at 1-866-478-0258, or by sending an email notification to firstname.lastname@example.org using "return" as the subject. Please provide your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will confirm your request via email. This will ensure your return is processed promptly and efficiently upon receipt.

We do not want any "Surprise Delivery Fees" at LittleFrenchBoutique.com!!!
There are no delivery fees on orders $50 and over, and for orders under $50 there is Only a $7 flat fee.
LittleFrenchBoutique.com mainly uses the United States Postal Service to deliver our products.
For smaller orders, we like to ship through Priority Mail (USPS). Although we cannot guarantee their delivery times, the Post Office does their absolute best to ensure that the package is delivered with no delays :-). We have had a good delivery success rate of 2 to 3 days with their Priority Mail.
Larger orders will be shipped via Parcel Post, usually with a shipping time of 2 to 6 days.
Of course LittleFrenchBoutique.com reserves the right to use which ever shipper we feel will get our product to you most effectively, efficiently and economically. Also, since there are so many variables with size and weight, we reserve the right to determine what is a small order and what is a large order. We feel that you will not be disappointed with our services :-).

We do ship within the United States, and to our Armed Forces.
When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, and when your order is shipped, we will send you the USPS delivery confirmation number.
Typically, we will ship the smaller orders out the next day :-).
For larger orders, there may be a slight delay, depending on the product. If there is to be a delay, we will notify you as to the time frame you can expect with a request as to what your wishes are. We do what we can to avoid delays, but when we encounter them, we do our best to expedite the situation.
All good things are worth waiting for. Please understand that since the nature of some our products are hand crafted or hand sewn, they may take a bit of time to create. We complete the orders as quickly and efficiently as possible in the order that we receive them. Occasionally we experience a higher order volume than usual and may require longer processing times. If there is a delay in processing your order beyond the typical time frame, you will be notified via email.
Please note that the order processing time is in addition to shipment time.
If you need something in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. As we cannot be responsible for the speed of the United States Postal Service, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We will, however, do the best we can! Additional charges may apply.
